Club Venue

We shoot at Ditchling, East Sussex on the recreation ground situated on the B2116 in the direction of Westmeston. The ground has glorious views of Ditchling Beacon and the South Downs.

Ditchling is everybody's dream village. Many famous people have made their homes in Ditchling, including sculptor Eric Gill, the eccentric Rowland Emmett, Forces sweetheart Dame Vera Lynn, and jazz musician Herbie Flowers.

We meet regularly all year on Sundays, and on Wednesday and Thursday evenings during the summer.

In the winter we have the use of the sports hall at Ardingly College, near Haywards Heath, on Tuesday evenings, where we also once a month on a Sunday shoot our postal league Portsmouth competition.
